Gross/ net weight not being calculated correctly

Hi

we have a problem with the calculation of gross and net wieight for one specific material when sales order is created

They are both working out the same and there should be a slight difference between them both due to the packaging

have compared to another grade and cannot see any obvious differences at all

could someone advise on what should be checked on the material master / Bom etc?

Resolved:-

it was a missing gross weight on the additional data > units of measure tab

Hi Tony,

If you have maintained Gross Weight and Net Weight at material master data then It will Automatically copy to Sales Order,

If not you can maintain at the item level of sales order with Correct measures.
