PR no getting transfered from ECC to SRM 7.0

Hi,

MY ECC and SRM 7.0 system are in place still my EP server connectivity is still going.

I have set all the conections and configuration in ECC and SRM system, my master data (matl group, material plant company code) everything is available in SRM.

When i created a PR in ECC when i am trying to send the PR to SRM through BBP_EXT_REQTRANSFER it is not getting transfered.

In ECC it is getting held up in SMQ1 with the error "ANORETRY"

"Ext. requirement cannot be created, see application log f"

In ECC i have matained the entries in the table v_t16ex also.

Is there any thing to make changes in the program BBP_EXT_REQTRANSFER where i am using the standard SAP provided.

Hi

As muthu advised, check SLG1 logs and also .... Did you set up the RFC User in the Organization structure as the Channel User ?

We maintain a RFC user in T-Code SM59 (ABAP Connections) & same user id is maintained in our Organisation structure as well under Local purchase Group.

I guess this configuration you are missing.

Don't forget to assign SAP ALL authorisation to RFC user.

what is this user 0013 . give more details of this user?

Make ensure that your BATCHRFC user (sm59 user) assigned to Organisation structure under PDP ENTRY CHANNEL.

Hi,

In the PDP at the backend system you need to configure two tables T_160PR and T-160EX . once these tables are configured then you need to schedule the report BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER. Please check those tables.
