Need Multiple notifications for a single defect code

Dear experts,

We are trying to found the solution for the scenario specified below.

Is there any option where we can raise separate Notification for each defect code.

Now system is generating only one Notification for the entire Inspection lot.

I have unchecked the option one notification per inspection lot.

Even though system generating Single notification

Is there any setting available in order to achieve the desired Result.
