ACL PERMISSIONS IN SAP EP REPOSITORY FOR ANY FOLDER OR DOCUMENT

HI, From the Repository of Sap EP, I was assiging a folder to a user with write permission on that folder but user is unable to see that folder. But same folder is appearing to the user when i am assiging read,read/write and fullcontrol permissions.

So why user is unable to see folder with write permission?

or

What is the use of "write" permission in sap ep repository Or when to assign this permission ?

Same problem with the delete permission. Please suggest me some solution?
