Output is not triggered

Hi Friends,

We are using activity profile while saving shipment and printer POP up comes immdediately after saving the shipment document (PGI & Billing is happening in background).

Suddenly the Prniter POP UP is stopped and when I checked the spool job the user , it shows a long list of undeprocess spool.

The only config request which has been transfered is related with Customer (Tolerance) of FI. In understand this is nothing to do with output.

Have checked the output condition record which is 4= send immdiately on saving.

Pls suggest how to approach to get prnter POP UP.

Hi Sanjay,

There is something in the printer set up in tcode SPAD. You need to check with the BASIS guy about the printer you have selected for printing the output type.

Also in ur masterdata, ensure that you have ticked the "Print immediately" button. (Though obvious)

If printer settings are fine, and your output records are maintained properly, it should popup the printing indicator screen with the sequence of events.

If you have done any changes in the program of the output type, you have to check the changes done in the program also.

Hi,

Have checked with Basis team and settings are intact according to them. Also we have not done any changes in any programme.

the condition record is also the same as was used two days back when printing pop up was generated correctly.

This poblem somtime gets automaticaly resolved and some time it appears.

I,m not getting any clue

Pls suggest how to proceed to drill down the issue.

Check if you had maintained the output device & the relevant sales partner (if required) in the output condition master, if you still cant get the output try keying in the output type manually & check for any error & if you dont see a error check the condition master again.
