smartform monarch 9800 serie

Hello i am trying do a print in a thermal printer monarch 9820 of paxar, i already done the smartform but when i try print it , i use a SWIN define printer that call the windows printer system and let me choose the printer that i have installed on windows , i choose the monoarch one and the print "react" ! but nothing output , i test the printer with the classic printer test and i get print label fine

somebody that have experience with this kind of printer can please point me to documentation or guide me to do what i need

Hello,

The vendor of the Monarch printers didn't join the SAP printer

vendor program yet. So you may need to contact the printer vendor

directly and ask them, whether and how you can use the printer

with SAP? Please see SAP note 1103826 for more information.
