I am facing an unexpected problem in SAP. Actually Invoice (delivery relevent) are already created and accounting is also been done for the same successfully. But after this, in some cases GI document is gets archived withot doing anything from our side. I am trying to find theroot cause of this uneven problem but not getting succeed.
I had faced the problem 2 times in last 6 month.
Please give your valuable suggestions to resolve the issue.

Hi Tarpan,
We have a smiliar issue with deliveries. Below I am going to copy in the message I sent to SAP and their reply.
_______________________________________________________________________________________________
Message to SAP:
In the document flow for an invoice, we are showing that the delivery
is "archived". The issue is, we do not archive. If I go into table
LIKP and LIPS it says the delivery has been deleted. The invoice also
has a cancelation document, but none of this information is connected
on the document flow. We have never seen this occur before where the
order, delivery, invoice, and invoice cancelation have become
disconnected in the document flow. We have read notes 406693, 550349,
and 390905, but we are still confused on what caused the issue and how
to fix it.
I have included the document flows in an attached word document,
because that may give you a better picture of what has occurred.

Response from SAP
Dear Mark,
There is no error in your system.
System works as disigned.
You found all relevant notes : 406693, 550349, 390905
In case you don't like to delete a delivery please use the
user parameter : LE_SHP_NEW_DEL_MODE
Have a look at note 521409.
I hope this helps to solve the problem.

If I remember correctly this is caused by the delivery being delete out of sequence. Not sure if you have the same issue but I thought I would provide this information.
Thanks,
Mark
