Mass Update For Workflow

Hi All,

We are on SRM 4.0 in extended classic, requirement is that we want to change approver for some 1000 users, is there any fuctionality available to update this?

Hi

You can not change the approver in the Applicaiton documents which already have workflow triggered and have approvers assigned in the system....

Try doing an administrator forward for the existing Documents to the new approvers. You may develop a report too which could pick the work items of documents lying with existing approvers and then send the work items to new approvers....

Other option is to ask the approvers to approve these carts or ask users to delete the carts and recreate them again....

What is the business background ? Did the 1000 approvers leave company ? or Are you talking about organization change?
