Links to tasks via portal.

Hi,

We have links to the tasks via notifcations (workflows and alerts). The format we are handling is the following:

http://ncnpd011.snch.loc:8000/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/cprojects?sap-client=120&STARTVIEW=Tasks&OBJECT_T...

The above link connects direct wiht cProjects without Portal, and we have to use the user of core ABAP to get into the task. But, it is no easy for the users to understand when they have to use the portal user or the core Abap User, and sometimes when passwords are diferent, make lock users.

Is there anyway to get link to the task using portal for using only the portal user? where can i configurate this option?

Hi,

I have found a way to get into cProjects via portal with the following link:

http://ncpor011.snch.loc:50100/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtmode/preview/prtroot/pcd!3aportal_content!2...

But, i do not know how to do to pass the Project ID and task ID to open it in the task that i want.

Does anyone know how to do it?

Hi ,

If it is cprojects then check the webdynpro application of DPR_MAINFRAME in that you have paarameters where in you can pass the relevant parameters.
