Dear All,

How to set Approval Procedure for QM Notifications?

i.e. QM Notification is created by One SAP user & to be Approved by another SAP user.

One of the ways you can do is (assuming no Work Flow) by using the status managament. Create a status profile whith different stages of approvals you required and maintain authorization objects. Create different security roles and maintain the same authorization objects in the role.

There are couple of standard status profiles delivered by SAP.check them for your reference.

Create the Autherization matrix for Creation & Approval.

Assign the role accordingly to concern users.
