Change subject of mail send through Servie Desk

Hi,

I had activated the mail functionality in my Solman Service Desk.

When the status of any issue change, mail goes to respectie users.

But the problem is, all mail goes with subject " Service Transaction w/ Message " . I wan't to change the mail subject as " Service Transaction w/ Message & <Message Number> " .

Please guide me how to change the mail subject as per my requirement.

which smartform are u using?

Goto TA SMARTFORMS change or copy the used smartform.

Just put & in the description of the used smartform. If u use a standard smartform copy it to z.

Hi,

normally If we are sending Email from sm37 by scheduling there only then modfying Subject is Impossible to change.

If you are writing a report there you can modify the subject Line.

Can you go through the steps provided by Mark here,

and implement them and update us.
