while creating sales order, tax component box is not showing

What you mean with "tax component box" ?

Tax code ? Tax law ?

Do you mean Alt. Tax clasification Checkbox in the billing tab of the sales order.

Do you mean about the Tax condition type not being populated/calculated in Sales Order ???
