Information structure update (Product allocation)

Hi All,

We have implemented product allocation using a custom information str, which is copied from a std str S140. The product allocation is implemented only for one company code and it is working fine.

But issue is, in the custom structure sales orders details of other company codes are also getiing updated, which is not really required.

So how we can ensure that the custom str (product allocation) should update only the information of allocated materials and not the other.

Don't you have Sales Org as one of the characteristics for your custom Infostructure?

If yes and it is still updating orders from the other company code, then you need to check the update rules- T code MC24, especially for the Characteristics.

Also there could be some past threads on this subject, check them out.
