Looking to implement SSO in our SAP landscape (ECC and BI only), can this be done without implementing the portal? If yes, how? Thanks, Jane.

Why do you need SSO?... You can set them as trusted systems if required.

Can you explain your scenario?

Hi Juan - looking to simplify the log-on process for endusers who have access to multiple clients across ECC and BI, so thought single sign-on would be the best approach to make life easy for endusers. How does setting them as trusted work?

So it's not in between them.... but simply you want a software so that your users don't have to use passwords each time they want to logon to one of your systems, right?

Hi,

If I've understood u correctly, u r trying to lessen the effort needed by the end users to enter the passwords repeatedly to login to the SAP systems. If this is the case, u can simply ask the end users to create shortcut in the SAP GUI. This will allow the users to login to the respective clients without entering the password again and again.
