Addon error in BI_CONT

Hello Experts

I have started upgrading BI_CONT 704 from BI_CONT 703.

Upgradation started but got the following error

OCS: SAPK-704DZINBICONT

Error in phase: XPRA_EXECUTION

Reason for error: TP_STEP_FAILURE

Return code: 12

Can anyone suggest me to complete upgradation.

Hi Uday,

Are you using multiple appliaction instance? If yes please stop other dialog instance (except CI)

Please try command "/$sync" in SAP & check is it throw any error. After then re-execute the step. Hopefully it will work

Error during import; use "/$sync" to reset buffer

Error RSDODSO 162 during after import hndling of objects with type(s) DTRF

You must run /$sync (type that on the transaction area) to clear the buffers and resume the SP.

I faced the same problem, i just re-execute the step & it will finished successfully

I didn't re-execute the step because it is taking so much time to execute.

Even finished with RC 12 i have tried it by continuing and faced the same problem.

Restart the step. Hopefully it should finish successfully.

If not then check jobs RDD* in transcation SM37

I have seen jobs in SM37, status of all jobs are Finished.
