Retun delivery

HI Friends,

I Created a return order 10 Qty and return delivery is created only 5 Qty, now once again i want create the return delivery remaining 5 qty but system is giving error message items are not relevant for delivery*

So pls give ur valuable inputs on the above problem.

hello, friend.

possible reasons for this:

1. there are other returns deliveries with reference to the order (check document flow).

2. the returns order item has been rejected (check rejection status in order).

3. the item category was configured for completion upon first reference (tcode VOV7).

4. settings for item category in copy controls (tcode VTLA).

5. other enhancements.

Dear Vasu,

How did you create the return delivery, by referencing to a billing document?

If yes, check how many qty were sold intially, if it is 10 or 5?
