Hi,

Login to the SAPRouter machine with the SAPRouter admin(the user whose env variable PATH is set to the path of the SAPRouter). Open a command prompt and then just execute saprouter. This command will give you the SAPRouter version in the very first line.

How can I check what is my sap router version?

As <SID>adm user type 'saprouter' in a command line window, without any parameters. Read the first few lines.
