Install new ERP & EP Witch version?

hello,

I have to install an ERP and i have that there are 2 version now to order : ERP6 SR3 based on NW7 and EHP4 ERP6 based on NW7.01.

Like the fonctionnal seem to say that we needn't EHP i will choose ERP6 SR3

Fisrt question : if i install the SR3 on withch level of support package i will be ?

I have also to install the SAP Portal.

I have see that the portal exist in 2 version : Netweaver 7 and Netweaver 7.01

What is the version i have to choose? I uspose the functionality are not the same but like i will install ERP6 based on NW 07 i supose i have to install EP based on NW07 too? is it correct?

Hi,

If you don't want to install latest ERP 6.0 EHP4 then install ERP 6.0 SR3 and install it with latest support packages. I always install system with one stack lower than the latest available i.e. n-1 approach.

As far as portal is concerned, since your ECC6.0 is based upon netweaver 700 release then install portal with netweaver 700 release only.
