What program/action will update last change date of a profile?

Hi Experts,

In my production system, even though there wasn't a transport to amend the profile, the last change date was updated. Is there any program/action that could probably result the change of last change date?

Currently, we are scheduling 2 jobs to run daily; PFCG_TIME_DEPENDENCY and PFUD. Based on my understanding, both reports will not re-generate profile.

Any advice on this?

Propably some body changed/generated the profile in pfcg?

pfcg_time_dependency=pfud with all selections marked for all roles. So no need to schedule both.

The underlying program rhautupd_new does not generate profiles.
