problem with output type at OUTBOUND delivery

Hi Guys

I have outbound delivery when ever Iam doing post goods issue output type YD01 will be triggred automatically at Header level

But the problem is it is in Yellow mark for long time ,and it is not turn to Green

EDI is the medium LS is the partner function

Can you please suggest a solution

Hi,

Please go to NACE t-code and in that screen, check whether output type default values, processing routines and partner function has configured according to EDI is the medium LS is the partner function for your output condition in V2 application. Additionally, check whether your output procedure contains your output type with requirement as 1 and not clicked manuel or not. Finally, check your output condition record properly is maintained as EDI is the medium LS is the partner function and dispatch time as 4:automatically.

I hope this control will provide you a solution on this issue.

Hi,

Please change the status of the message to 4 and check for the Processing Log.

If is a master data problem , then it would turn out to Green and trigger the output successfully. Later you can set 4 for this in condition type in VV22. Changin in VV22 would ensure that all the Deliveries with this output type would be triggered immediately and colour would be green.

If it does not turn out to be Green, then it would result in Red.- Check the Processing Log.

By analysing the error, you can either change the Partner profile for LS as per VV23 or it could be a configuration issue in NACE for this output type which you can correct as suggested by other replies.

It could even be a problem with the Program that is linked to this output type which you can check with the developer. The probable reason can be confirmed only by looking at the processing log in the output type.
