Hi Masters.

when I try made the confirmation to SC or PO. the po is approbed the system show the header text.

No approval Workflow Found. Inform System Administrator.

the user is central receipts Rol , when is to SC to employee owner the Sc show the same error.

Into Tcode OCCU

IN THE WS10400010 is active that ws is for Receipts BUS2203.

Into SWB_PROCUREMENT the same WS10400010 Is too active.

Check in SWU0 which workflow would be started for specific object type.

I ran the Tcode SWU0 with parameters

Object Category = BOR

Object type = BUS2203 (confirmation)

Event = SAVED

date = Now.

the Tcode Show the red light into Not Started

WS10000197 procurement confirmation work flow 2.0+

Workflow definition not started .

where transactio I fix the problem.

Hi,

SWU0 shows the event type linkage is not active. Please go to SWETYPV and activate the event type linkage.

Hi,

Are you implementing new SRM or Upgraded SRM from old version?

SRM 7.0 has 2 workflow framework options, Process-Controlled Workflow and Application-Controlled Workflow.

I think the root cause is just workflow basic customizing.

you had the reason the problem was the activated a sub workflow I am debug the bbp_pd_check_before_start and show

task WS10000197 that was Procurement Confirmation worflow2.0 I activated that and WF is working, ok.

Hi oscar,

We are upgarding from SRM 3.0 to SRM 7.0.

I had the same error. In SRM 7.0 -Application controlled workflow is active in SPRO

whether any other setting to be done in SPRO .

I think the root cause is in your start condition. Please double check your start condition in SWB_PROCUREMENT.

I check the transaction SWB_PROCUREMENT and see for BUS2203 confirmation had WS10400010 like active with Event Saved

workflow.

Hi,

I mean the conditions and not event type linkage. Can you test with very simple condition like "if client = 100".
