Entry not found in object buffer

Hi,

When we create service desk message we are getting Entry not found in object buffer error error. Can you please help me out to resolve this issue.

Can you be more specific in your request ? Giving us the whole error message (with msg number) and the situation where the problem happens... Could be helpful to help your problem to get solved !

Stéphane,

we are getting above mentioned error when we try to save SD message in notif_create Tcode.

Steps:

After entering all required fields in notif_create and attached couple of XLS files and when we try to send(save) message we are getting this error.

Hello again,

Is it a customized support message (e.g. ZLFN for instance) or the standard one ? If customer message, check your action profile... You need to have a copy from the standard action SLFN0001_ADVANCED_UPDATE_DNO.

Hi Stéphane,

it is a customized support message and we have copied standard action and named as ZSLFN0001*

this issue occurring only for one user.
