kernel upgrade solved the issue.

I presume you have upgraded your kernel and placed the new files in the wrong location causing a version conflict. SAPCPE might have replaced some of the files i guess

Did you upgraded the kernel recently?... if you did then you should have placed the new kernel under /sapmnt/<sid>/exe

Hello Juan Yes I upgraded the kernel in the system from 185 to 254, but I didnpt have problem in others backend system

Hola danny,

Did you replace the kernel in the right location?. Otherwise sapcpe will not distribute the kernel properly. In anycase check that softlinks are still in place too.

Hello

no , because I used the JSPM to this task, before I upgraded the kernel manually with SAPCAR -xvf SAPEXE....SAR (I, II part)

in /sapmnt/SID/exe and I got the backup the exe folder.

How can I check the links?

I solved the problem, I copied the kernel of QA system and pasted in Prd before I restarted the server and my system is running.

But my question now is : Why did it happen?, however thanks for your help
