Which version of Web Dispatcher for configuring Systems with wdisp/system_x

Hi all,

I want to configure 3 different Systems in web dispatcher with

wdisp/system_conflict_resolution = 1

wdisp/system_0 = SID=NDI, MSHOST=ms_de1, MSPORT=8101, SRCURL=/test/

wdisp/system_1 = SID=CE1, MSHOST=ms_ce1, MSPORT=8127, SRCURL=/prod2/

wdisp/system_3 = SID=CE2, MSHOST=ms_ce2, MSPORT=8127, SRCURL=/

I found the documentation in

but unfortunately I can't find any document or note saying from which release of web dispatcher this is available?

Can anyone help me with this?

As far as I know, 7.20 can only be used with 7.20 Backend systems, but maybe the function is also available in earlier releases?

My test web dispatcher is 700 and is doesn't work

trc file: "dev_webdisp", trc level: 1, release: "700"

Hello Martina,

as this functionality is not available in 7.11 Webdispatcher, you could use a 7.20 one though the backend is not 720

Hi Mercedes,

thank you very much for the quick response.

I guess for the productive environmentI will install 2 'old fashioned' Web Dispatchers because Note 908097 says that 7.20 is not released with SAP Release 7.00. But in a test environment I will try 7.20!
