Hi Experts
We are on SRM 7.0, using Process Controlled workflow for Shopping Cart approvals. The system has been configured so the creator of a shopping cart receives a notification if the shopping cart approver has rejected it. If I log on to the creator of the shopping cart in the backend of SRM and go to the Business Workplace / Inbox / Documents, there is a document reject entry, which I will be able to forward to our e-mail system Lotus Notes. However, I was expecting the entry to be visible in the SRM portal under the Notifications tab in the UWL.
Please could someone confirm if a shopping cart reject notification should be visible within the UWL.
Many Thanks
Claire
Hi,
It is also a notification, You should able to see in Portal UWL..
Following are the check list to resolve this issue..
1) User may missing some security roles..
2) UWL may not configured properly..
3) If you see the notification in SAP inbox possible there should not be any issue with workflow, So no worries in that area..
If all the above looks good and issue still exist, Try to find a OSS note might be a SAP Program error..
Thanks!!

HI
Here in this case, system generates a rejection work item and sends it to the requestor's SRM Inbox (UWL). No email notification is generated here other than this work item......(just like - no notificaiton is generated in case of a SC Approval work item).
Why dont you schedule the offline approval email notification using report /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPSEND with the task id = rejection work item task id.....
