Hi

I am new to IS OIL, i want to know how a exchange PO is triggered, is it through the vendor (account group) as you know that this PO has a different layout, inplace of condition it has fee.

Hi Ankit,

Exchange PO is triggered or created directly in the Exchange Agreement you created through O3A1.

Alternatively, with the Exchange Agreement created, in tcode O3A2, you can create the Exchange PO with the relevant Contract Type and other Purchasing Header information (i.e. Purchasing Group n Purch. Org). This can also be created in tcode ME31K. '
