Multiple Mat. Doc against a Single Outbound delivery

Dear Gurus,

when i do Post Goods Issue at Outbound delivery there are multiple material documents has got posted, so that stock has decreased twice and there is a time difference of 1min.

does any one faced such kind of instance?

Not sure but I guess, the user has first created a delivery and posted for goods issue. Later due to some reason, he has reversed via VL09 but not deleted via VL02N. Instead, with the same delivery reference, he has changed the quantity and again posted for goods issue.

So take the reference of material documents from document flow and check the delivery quantity in MB03. If my guess is correct, you can find different quantity with same delivery reference but different material document.

Hi,

If the user has reversed through VL09 we can able see it on document flow (Reversal entry) and moreover there is no gap in document No interval.
