ITS repeat logon Problem ?

Hi,

Many of the users are facing repeat logon prompt while accessing ITS in our system.Could you please help me.

ITS details :

ITS Version 6200.1035.9507.7, build 1121051

Installation type - single host

In the corresponding R/3 server, do you get logon terminated entries in the System Log (SM21)?

No,I do not see any log entries related with this.

Hello,

I think you might be having problem with Single Sign on, have you set the parameter: ~mysapcomusesso2cookie = 1?

Also, check the following SAP Note:

Hi Arun,

After the login in ITS,whenever users click on any link like Monitor,create SC or Inbox,they get the logon page at the right side view area.
