Hi. how can we add in the authorization profile, such that some users can remove/delete the delivery/billing block in the header, while others cannot change it.
Dear Kahlel,
To give authorization to remove / delete the Delivery Billing Block in Sales Order to certain Users follow this:
Go to T-Code: PFCG
Select necesary Profile & go to change option
Then go to Authorizations tab & then to maintain Authorizations
Here go to Sales & Distribution
Go to Sales Document: Authorization for Sales Document Types
Here there is a sub-menu for "Activity"
in Activity revome Authorization for Activity - 43 - Release (for users who should not have Authorizations for remove / delete Blocks)
Give this Authorization on to Users who can remove / delete Delivery Blocks.
Alternatively, give the following to your Basis person:
Object: V_VBAK_AAT
Activity: 43
Hope this helps...
Thanks,

Hi Kahlel,
As a addition to whole experts mentioned on previous thread, you can go to SD>Sales>Sales documents>Define And Assign Status Profile and Define Display Status in the Overview Screen in order to provide you on which business functions should be suppressed, given a warning message, whether status should be active or not.Additionally, it also provides you to determine whether the status can be changed or is for display only for specific profile. also you can use the sd_status_info report in order to check the status.
Please explore and try that path to met your requirement.

Hi,
Once of the possible solution for this is by adding a status profile for the order and using a release strategy for the same.
You can create a Status profile and add authorization objects in the status profile.
Also add these particular authorization object to the role of the user to whom you want to give the authorization to change the document.

Hi,
Run tcode SU53 for the user with the problem after the lock of auth. It tells you the object and parameters of this objects that avoid that the user can do it.
