Region in Customer Master

Can any one tell me the configuration step for Region in Customer Master so that i can create my own as per client requirement.

In OVK2 you can mantain regions

the path is img- sap netweaver-general settings-set countries-insert regions

The configuration as follows-;

IMG> General settings> set countries> insert regions.

Here u can insert regions & assign it to customer master.
