CUP - User group and the Rule in HR Trigger is not working.

Hi All,

The user group that is filled in HR Triggers Actions is not getting provisioned when user is provisioned using HR Triggers.

I am not able to save a rule in HR triggers if the rule has the same info type and files with different value and an OR condition.

I was able to save the rule on their system if I created one attribute at a time and save each before creating a new.

The logs on their system did not have any exceptions when saving other than the warning u201CAction Failedu201D.

While inserting the record through update (when ruleid already exists in backend table /VIRSA/RULEATTR) this issue occurs but while creating new ruleid with duplicate attributes is correctly throwing error.

Please do reply asap...

In the updates listed in the 5.3 SP13 there is a mention that the user groups are not populating. If you are using SP12 you may want to check that out.
