Order from Catalog not working & Free Text Catalog disappear

Hi to all!

We're facing this problem when trying to order. First, when trying to order via external catalog it goes ok but when click the button to order and get back to the portal it doesn't connect anymore, it not go back to the page. (even if we click the "'page does not.. 5sec" message is not working)

After that, we started working with Free Text catalog. But now, it has disappear, the white box to add text doesn't appear.

One more issue, when I was able to order this way, in "Details" I could not use the Vendor Text to add more information.

Could this be related to user attributes?

Hi,

It is likely there is an issue with the catalog launchpad, do a note search for SRM 7.0 (if this is your release?) for LPD_CUST, pay no attention to the note short texts, just look into each note, you will find several that have manual corrections, specifically there is one to craete a new entry in LPD_CUST for external catalogs, it may be that in your case this does not exist.

Hi

Check if you have valid data entered in the free text popup before navigating to your SC application. HTTP Trace may also help you here....

For external catalog, is your Internal Catalog working fine? if that is the case then there seems to be a problem in navigation between external Punchout and your portal system. Do a quick HTTP Trace and ask you basis guys to look into that trace...
