SAP service content update

Hi All,

I am using solman 7.01 and I need to update Service content.

I have ST22 and I am following the Note 1143775 - SAP service content update

As per the note I need to go 'SAP Engagement and Service Delivery' work center but i am not finding 'SAP Engagement and Service Delivery' option is work center.

I have the role Work Center :administration.

Please suggest how to reach 'SAP Engagement and Service Delivery' .

Dear Shivam,

Have you assigned the role SAP_SMWORK_SERVICE_DEV?

Typically the workcenter needs to have the corresponding role assigned to the user to be able to view/access the workcenter.
