Workflow issue

Hi Expert,

Does anyonw know the issue of the first added approver needs to approve doc twice?

For example. there are many phase in project module, there are two phases assoicated with workflow, when the first approver approve the doc, the doc owner add second approver ,and then change to the phase which need to be approved by second approver, after the second approver approve the doc, then the doc is sill locked, after check ,the first approver also needs to approve again. then the doc can be unlocked. after checked document, found it is standard functionality of ESO.the content in the doc is like below

"When a document enters a workflow phase, each collaborator added prior with the role of approver must manually approve the document in addition to the approvers in the workflow definition, regardless of the approval rules in the workflow definition"

Does anybody know how to make the first approver just approve once?
