I am new to Travel Management, Can u please explain me what are the roles and responsibilities have to do? and I don't know how to confit Travel Management, so will you plz guide me how to config and send me screen shots/document if you have?

If you could have searched the travel management threads, you would have found out few documents.

At any case, the below link will lead to a best practice document given by SAP.

Regarding roles and resposibilitis of fuctional consultant:

1. Gathering Business Requirement

2. Gap Analysis

3. Blue Print Preparation.

4. Config

5. Testing

6. User Guides

7. Mail Management.
