plz tell me the procedure or steps of installation sap 4.7 education version on oracle on window xp on laptop.

what are the requirements of the system to install sap 4.7 demo version

There is nothing like an "education version" of R/3 4.7. You must only install that if you have a license for the SAP system and a license for Oracle (read the license.pdf on the installation disk).

4.7 is already out of support

you can get the installation guides at http://service.sap.com/instguides

If you don't have access there you're not entitled to install the software.
