Hi,

Please have a look at file dev_disp in the work directory. You can find some additional information there about what is happening during system startup. Kindly copy here the error text so we can help you.

I know it sounds a bit simple, but, have you checked that you logged windows using <sid>adm?

Sometimes I logged in with my admin user and of course SAP could not start that way.

Hi vishnuarigela,

I am login by SIDadm user on windows.

I did delete services, but when I want create that I need some help for these to info..

Is it the profile I should use: usr\sap\TSO\SYS\profile\START_DVEBMGS00_solmant1 ?

Which user should I use? Is it * SAPserviceSID* or administration user name or SIDadm?

Thanks.

Hi,

The start profile for service_00 is usr\sap\TSO\SYS\profile\START_DVEBMGS00_solmant1

and for service_01 it is profile START_SCS01_solmant1,

And the user id is SAPserviceSID.

Hi,

Did you look at the event viewer logs, as to why the service is failing?

Doesn't SAPserviceSID has its own password?

Vishnu.

Hi,

Try starting the services manually. See if the startup type is set as automatic.

Check the user id that is being used for the services to start up, it has to be SAPserviceSID.

You can also check event viewer to see the error.

start->run->eventvwr.msc,

If nothing works, delete the the services and create them again.

This should show them in MMC.

Hi,

Execute these in command prompt,

To delete the service,

ntscmgr remove service name,

To create it again,

sapstartsrv

Have you looked at the event viewer logs?

And also right click on the service, select properties and check if its pointing to the right executable.

Regards,

Vishnu.
