Dear Team,
I have been facing an issue with Xpress Server. there are logs in Xpress Server like
13)Aug 29 10:54:46:mutex #34 timed out due to #14

(12)Aug 29 10:55:07:mutex #24 timed out due to #-34
(14)Aug 29 10:55:07:mutex #48 timed out due to #-24
(12)Aug 29 10:55:10:mutex #24 timed out due to #-39
due to this, I am not able to perform EOD and not able to post total sales on server. I am not able to fetch any of sales, tender, item movement and department report for that day. Please help me on this issue.

The above means the application timed out because only one thread can
have access to a socket at any given time.
High system CPU utilization creates the mutex errors this can be cause
by any application or OS updates rebooting your system will eliminate
the error. However, increasing the amount of memory on your system will
also fix this issue.
