Error encountered on loading of transaction iview

Hi experts,

When we are executing Transactional iviewin SAP Netweaver Portal, we encountered with an error "Connection to partner :broken"...How to correct it. System creation and user mapping were successfull. and system connection test were successful.

Help us to rectify the error.
