invalid file type when attached file in solman service desk

hi,

check and follow the sap note

[Note 1080131 - Check on attachments and file types|https://websmp230.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=0001080131&nlang=E]

as per the note please execute report AI_SDK_FILL_FILE_TYPE_TABLE. This will help by updating the file types that are accepted by SAP and also sure abt te job schedule also as per the note.
