XIRWUSER keeps getting locked

Hi everyone,

I am having a problem with user XIRWBUSER. For some reason this user is getting locked every few minutes (3-5minutes) in my production system. This user is a XI Runtime Workbench user and used for XI monitoring.

I have changed the password in echangeProfile, R/3 side, J2EE and also changed the password for related RFC connections, restarted J2EE and still same issue.

i am not sharing SLD with any other system. All of our Systems have own SLD...

Any Idea ?? any suggestion ?

Hi,

There might be someother RFC Destinations still using the same old password. Goto SM59 of XI system and check

if the same user is used for any RFC destinations. There might be few RFC destinations are defined for the system like SAPSLDAPI etc. (but u will not hae probelm with SAPSLDAPI). Ensure that you have changed the password everywhere.

Hi,

The XIRWBUSER user may get locked if you have mentioned wrong passwords for the same user at Different places (QA,Prod).

Refer this note 721548 and synchronised the passwords in all clients in all systems.

After all these

1) try to refresh CPA cache + all the other caches

2) If it doesn't work restart your XI Server.
