Link to Punch Out catalog through portal not working in SRM 7

Hello everybody,

we are running a SRM7 through a Netweaver Portal (without using MDM). We have the problem, that links to PunchOut catalogs do not work.

We are able to view the Catalog independently from portal whenn calling the link directly via browser. The link and all of the parameters used seem to be correct as they worked in SRM5.

When clicking the catalog-link through the Portal from the Shopping Cart the error"Page not found or not available" comes up.

Any suggestions ?

Hi

Do a HTTP Trace and find where exactly is it failing.

Try the following settings in Internet Explorer Tools> Internet Options --> Privacy -->Click on ADVANCED button.Select the indicator "Override Automatic Cookie Handling" and make sure the bottons ACCEPT are selected in First and Third party cookies

Thank you, i found the reason (see OSS Note 1260119).

Business Package Common Parts for ERP seems to miss on portal.
