Why is SD order showing as completed when delivery is not done

Hi Gurus,

One of our sd orders is showing completed ( fully delivered) - when in fact delivery has not been made - in fact, picking is still to be done ?

Any comments , feedback ?

This is something to check in copy control sales - delivery in TCode VTLA.

uncheck the complete reference box.

Are you taling about the same sales document type showing completed once, and all other times it shows open?

SD order has one line item and so does the delivery

In document flow and on SD, the order is showing as 'completed'

The delivery has NOT been made, even picking is due as yet - so no question of delivery been made

Why is the SD order showing 'fully delivered / completed" ???

Hi,

Check reason for rejection is set to the items or from menu --> environment check for changes log

Hi,

there are 3 probability..If the order is looks completed 1. as chidhambaram correctly said -reason for rejection

2. might have changed the item category to service flow.

3. Some inconsitency in table update.. search for SAP note: VBUK reports which will correct the document status.

Hi ,

Please check the change logs, there may some possibility of the Batch Job to process the delivery for open order and can also do pick pack with PGI. Change log should show BATCH ADMIN or some ID.
