CANNOT ADD USERS TO FIXED RECIPEINTS LIST

We are not able to add the below list of users to the fixed recipients list in ALRTCATDEF transaction in XIO.

We are getting the error as:

Entry doesnot exist in USR02(check entry)

Is adding users to USR02 the only solution to it??

Hi,

First you need to create that user and assign the mail id to that user in SU01 then you add that user in ALRTCATDEF.

Hi,

U need to create a user under TCODE- SU01, and then u can add it under fixed recipients.
