Hi There,
When one accesses the catalogue using the SHOP - CATALOG<link>, a new window is opened. If after searching a list of items is displayed in yet another window!. How can we prevent mulitple windows being opened?
Also we have noticed that if we search the catalogue and add items to our shopping cart, when you go back to search the catalog, the last list of items is presented again. Is it possible to always display the "main" catalog page and not the last list of searched/found items?
Regards,
Hi Grace,
I can help you partially.
I think both of your problems are related to diff parameters of Integrated call structure which we define in
SRM IMG->SRM->SRM server->cross applns->Master data->Define external web services.
self service procurement config guide talks in detail how to maintain this integrated call structure.
also you can check on help.sap.com

Hi Grace,
as Dinesh says to stop the catalogue opening a new window maintain the call structure as integrated rather than standard.
For your second problem there is a note 794390 that you can apply that will return the catalogue home search screen after every add to to shooping cart.

Chris
