i created a sales order and i wanted to do the invoice using vlo1n but its displaying this error.............order is incomplete.maintain the order

Go to sales order Va02 check the incompletio log Edit-incompletion log

complete the missing entries in Incompletion log and save

check now

While in your order in transaction VA02, go to menu path edit-> incompletetion log. This will show you what you are missing and you can edit these fields.

As allready suggested, your Sales order has been saved with incomplete data, so before creating delivery (VL01N) complete your sales order and Process for Delivery, PGI and Invoice

Hi,

Vl01n is used to create delivery,to create invoice we use t.code vf01.If the order is incomplete the system will not allow you to create a delivery and process further.Check the incompletion log and complete the order in all the aspects.
