Not Able to pull Material from R3 to SRM

Hi,

I am not able to pull material from R3 to SRM i tried synchronizing it with R3 than tried doing R3AC1 and R3AS and also R3AM1

Still in COMMPR01 it shows material not Found.

Please help

Hi

1. Check your filter settings in SRM if you have put some filter on material or material type which could result in no pull of material from ECC to SRM

2. If the filters are set up fine, then check Outbound Queue in ECC (SMQ1) , sometimes there are stuck transfers which results in queuing up of all follow on transfer behind that stuck item. Process or delete anything which is stuck in SMQ1 in ECC so that your recent pull of material can be processed successfully

3. Check Inbound Queue in SRM (SMQ2) and see if somthing is stuck in inboound queue in srm too. Repeat the activities in Step 2 in SRM too.....

After the filter and queues are fine, then you should at least see an BDoc in SRM (SMW01) . If the BDoc has failed status, check the errors in its error lgo....
