PI 7.1 Installation failed with FJS-00003 TypeError: nw.getSAPExeDir() has

Hi Experts,

I am installing PI 7.1 on Linux with Oracle on H A. I have installed Database successfully, When I am trying to install Primary Application Server It's throwing an error.

ERROR 2010-08-20 14:21:54.171 [iaxxejsbas.cpp:204]

FJS-00003 TypeError: nw.getSAPExeDir() has no properties (in script NW_Doublestack_CI|ind|ind|ind|ind, line 53588: ???)

ERROR 2010-08-20 14:21:55.582 [sixxcstepexecute.cpp:940]

FCO-00011 The step setUserEnvironment with step key |NW_Doublestack_CI|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_Users_Create_Do|ind|ind|ind|ind|5|0|setUserEnvironment was executed with status ERROR ( Last error reported by the step :TypeError: nw.getSAPExeDir() has no properties (in script NW_Doublestack_CI|ind|ind|ind|ind, line 53588: ???)).

I have searched in SDN as well as Notes also but no luck.

Can anyone help me on this.

I think there is a problem with shared memory, we have uninstalled PI , restarted the server and installed again, now it's working.

you may need to review your installation inputs one more time.

If you confirm that you have followed the installation guide carefully during the installation, then the problem may be due to a currupt/buggy control.xml. Contact SAP support in that case.
