DC WDJ & UME Permission

Hi all,

I'm developing a WebDynpro application using DCs.

I'd like to set some authority check using UME permission but following the tutorial instruction (not based on DCs) I get an error saying "Cannot resolve symbol" when I try to instantiate my permission class.

Where can I find information about creating UME permission for WDJ DCs? Where I am wrong?

Hi Stefano Cattaneo,

For That you need to add the dependency of security api. for that you can right click on DC and select development component and then select show in component property. in the dependency tab click on add dependency and search for com.sap.security

Add the dependency reload the DC and build that error will be resolved.
