SRM 7: Not able to set Questions mandatory in ROS Questionnaire

Hi,

I am facing the following issue while creating Questionnaires for Supplier Registration

Issue Desc:

When I set any question as mandatory, system does not allow me to submit the questionnaire even if that mandatory field has been populated. I continue to get the error message "Fill all required entry fields".

Has anyone encountered the above issue? What was done to resolve it?
